I offer a range of ways to experience breathwork and embodied healing — from free monthly community sessions to immersive retreats. Each space is held with the same care, trauma-informed guidance, and integration support. You can choose what feels right for you, whether you’d like to dip a toe in or step into a deeper journey.

Monthly Online Breath

A free community session on Zoom, every second Sunday of the month. A gentle introduction to Conscious Connected Breathwork, guided meditation, and simple somatic grounding. Open to all, no experience needed.
→ Perfect if you’d like to try breathwork, connect from home, or build a regular practice at no cost.

Midweek Group Breathwork

Wednesdays, 7–9pm | The Sun Room at Rise Bakery, Frome

A nourishing women’s circle to reset your nervous system, release stress, and reconnect with yourself. Each week includes grounding, guided Conscious Connected Breathwork, and integration.

  • £25 single session

  • £120 block of 6 sessions

1:1 Sessions & Retreat Days

1:1 Breathwork (in person or online)
90 minutes of tailored support, weaving Conscious Connected Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, and Core Process Psychotherapy.

Immersive Retreats- Coming soon

One-Day Retreats
10am–4pm in Frome. A full day of Conscious Connected Breathwork, somatic practices, and integration rituals in a small, closed group.

Weekend Retreats

Multi-day retreats in beautiful settings, combining Conscious Connected Breathwork, somatic practices, meditation, and group ritual. These immersive journeys are designed for profound release, nervous system restoration, and connection. .
