From Drama to Empowerment: Breathwork & The Karpman Triangle

✨ I’m holding a special 2-hour online session where we’ll explore the Karpman Drama Triangle — the patterns of Victim, Rescuer, and Persecutor that can keep us caught in old dynamics. Together we’ll open space to reflect on where these roles show up in our own lives. Sharing is always optional, and there will also be time for journalling and quiet reflection.

We’ll then turn towards TED – The Empowerment Dynamic, a powerful framework that helps us shift from Victim to Creator, Rescuer to Coach, and Persecutor to Challenger. From here, new choices and possibilities open.

We’ll close with a guided breathwork journey to embody what we’ve explored. This combination of insight and breath allows deeper processing, emotional release, and the potential for profound clarity and renewal. 🌬️💫
