I’m opening up a free monthly online Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) session — a space to pause, soften, reset your nervous system, and come home to yourself. Whether you’re breath-curious or a seasoned breather, everyone is welcome. Expect connection, transformation, and deep inner spaciousness.

– Delicate pregnancies
– Recent surgery or injury
