Breathwork

Breath as a pathway to healing and self-discovery

Breath as a Bridge

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) uses a circular breath to bypass thinking and open a doorway into deeper layers of self. It can bring old emotions, memories, and energy to the surface — not to overwhelm you, but to be felt, integrated, and released.

Breathwork offers:

  • Emotional release and integration

  • Nervous system regulation and resilience

  • Clarity, insight, and connection to inner wisdom

  • A sense of aliveness, expansion, and spiritual connection

Each session is unique — sometimes cathartic, sometimes tender, sometimes quietly expansive. Over time, CCB re-patterns the nervous system, making life’s ups and downs less like a jagged swing and more like rolling hills.

I guide Breathwork through the lenses of Somatic Experiencing and Core Process Psychotherapy — ensuring safety, attunement, and deep integration. This is not just “breathwork” — it’s breathwork, but not as you know it.

My approach

My training weaves Mindfulness-Based Core Process Psychotherapy and Somatic Experiencing®, alongside Breathwork

I take a mindful, body-based approach, helping clients discover how mind and body can support healing and self-care. This work begins exactly where you are, welcoming whatever you bring
