The Friday Reset: Clear, Calm & Ready for the Weekend

By Friday, the week has usually taken its toll — deadlines, family, the endless swirl of to-dos. This circle is a sacred pause at the threshold of your weekend: a nourishing space to release the weight of the week and enter the weekend lighter, clearer, and renewed.

Across two unhurried hours, we move gently through:

  • Arriving & Grounding — somatic practices to soften the edges and help your body settle

  • Guided Breathwork — Conscious Connected Breathwork to reset the nervous system, untangle stress, and restore inner flow

  • Integration — journalling, reflection, and optional circle sharing so you leave steady, centred, and resourced

The timing is intentional: beginning after the rush of the morning, ending in time for school pick-up or a gentle return to your Friday afternoon. It’s a window of nourishment carved into your week, so you can cross the threshold into your weekend with ease rather than exhaustion.

Everything is invitational, trauma-informed, and held with care. No previous experience is needed — just bring yourself and the willingness to pause.

My approach

I’m an advanced trainee in mindfulness-based Core Process (CP) psychotherapy as well as Somatic Experiencing.

I focus on a mindful approach and help my clients learn how our mind and our body can bring support, self care and healing.

It starts wherever you are right now and welcomes whatever you may bring.
