Midweek Nervous System Reset: A Nourishing Women’s Breathwork Circle

By Wednesday evening, the week can feel heavy — a blur of lists, conversations, responsibilities, and rushing. This circle is your pause in the middle of it all. A warm, nourishing space just for women, where the busyness can soften and your body can remember how to rest, release, and reset.

Each session unfolds like a gentle journey:

  • Landing — simple somatic practices to arrive fully, shaking off the day and settling into presence

  • Breathwork — Conscious Connected Breathwork to regulate your nervous system, unwind held tension, and open space inside

  • Integration — time for journalling, quiet reflection, or optional sharing in circle, leaving you grounded and clear

Everything is invitational, paced with care, and held in a trauma-informed way. You don’t need prior experience — simply come as you are, with whatever the week has placed in your hands and heart.

Why midweek?
Because sometimes we don’t need to wait until the weekend to feel restored. These Wednesday evenings are a reset button — a chance to shed the noise of the first half of the week and step into the days ahead lighter, calmer, and more resourced. Many women find it improves their sleep, softens stress, and creates a rhythm of midweek renewal they can rely on.
