My Work
My work rests in a deep trust in the body’s quiet knowing — a belief that what aches carries its own medicine. Healing doesn’t come from striving, but from softening.
I offer a trauma-informed, body-based approach that weaves together Core Process Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Conscious Connected Breathwork.
Instead of focusing only on thoughts or stories, we bring curiosity to where the past may still be held — in your body, in your breath, in your nervous system.
Who I Work With
I work with adults who feel called to explore:
-
Anxiety, sensitivity, or nervous system dysregulation
-
Grief, trauma, or life transitions
-
Early attachment and relational wounds
-
A deeper sense of embodiment, self-trust, and spiritual connection
Why I Do This Work
Because it’s personal.
I know what it is to live with overwhelm, grief, and the echoes of old wounds. Through my own journey I’ve come to see that trauma isn’t just what happened — it’s what still lives in the body. And it can be met. Slowly. Gently. In its own time.
That’s why I offer spaces that are soft, safe, and attuned. Nothing to perform. Nothing forced. Just the sacred act of turning towards what’s here.
What to Expect
In our work together you’ll find presence, spaciousness, and care.
-
Core Process Psychotherapy brings awareness and compassion to deep patterns and old imprints.
-
Somatic Experiencing supports your nervous system to gently release and restore balance.
-
Breathwork opens a pathway for emotional release, clarity, and integration.
Each practice offers a return — to presence, to resilience, to the quiet knowing that you are already whole, to find out more about my approach, try the My Approach page, or visit my Working with you page to find out what a session might look like.
I offer 1:1 sessions in Bath, Frome, and online — as well as group journeys and guest facilitation for retreats and women’s circles.
