Group Work, Retreats & Women’s Circles

Breath as Belonging

Healing in Community

There is a quiet power in healing together.
Whether through breath, ritual, or the silence of shared presence, something ancient stirs when we gather in circle.
Our breath becomes a shared rhythm.
Our nervous systems begin to echo.
And what once felt unholdable begins to soften, witnessed and welcomed in the company of others.

I hold group breathwork journeys, women’s circles, and retreats—locally in Frome, Somerset, and online. I’m also available as a guest facilitator for spaces held by others.

Each circle is shaped with care.
Trauma-informed. Soul-rooted.
Held in reverence for what may arise when we breathe—together.

Group Breathwork Journeys

A Collective Exhale Into Presence

These sessions are an invitation to co-regulate, to be witnessed, to let the breath carry us somewhere deeper—beyond words, beyond performance.
Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, we enter altered states of awareness where something hidden can begin to move.

Held in-person or online, sessions may include:

  • Guided meditation or somatic practice

  • The breathwork journey

  • Integration through movement, journaling, ritual, or shared silence

Each group invites us to soften the space between us—
to return to the body, to truth, to each other.

Women’s Circles

Ritual. Release. Reconnection.

These are sacred, intimate gatherings for those who identify as women—spaces to arrive without masks, to share in safety, and to breathe into who we are beneath the noise.

We may move between breathwork, sharing, silence, sound, or stillness. Each circle opens a space where nothing is expected, yet everything is welcome.

If you hold a women’s circle and feel called to invite breathwork or somatic practice into your space, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.

Retreats

Deep Immersion. Sacred Return.

Retreats are extended journeys inward.
Spacious, quiet, grounded in nature and shaped with care.

I offer one-day and weekend retreats—either held solo or in collaboration. Each one weaves together:

  • Conscious Connected Breathwork

  • Somatic and mindfulness-based practices

  • Sharing circles and integration

  • Time in silence, in nature, in ritual

These are spaces for restoration. For remembering.
For reconnecting with the soul of your being.

Guest Facilitation for Retreats, Circles & Events

If you’re holding a gathering—whether it’s a seasonal ritual, creative workshop, or deep listening retreat—and would like to include Conscious Connected Breathwork and somatic healing practices, I’m available to co-create and facilitate.

I bring presence, sensitivity, and a trauma-informed approach rooted in the body and in relationship. If it feels like we might work well together, I’d love to hear from you.

The Nervous System Healing Guide: A Free Resource for Regulation

In a world that often pulls us in a thousand directions, it can feel hard to find steady ground inside ourselves. The body reacts to stress before we even think about it—racing ahead into fight or flight, withdrawing into freeze, or softening into fawn. These states are not flaws. They are intelligent ways the nervous system has learned to keep us safe. But sometimes, what once protected us begins to feel like it controls us. That’s where gentle awareness and simple practices can bring us back to balance. To support you, I’ve created a free Nervous System Healing Guide—a beautifully designed, practical companion for daily life. What is the Nervous System? The nervous system is the body’s communication network. It links brain, body, and environment, sending signals that shape how we move, feel, and respond. At its heart is the autonomic nervous system, which works automatically to keep us safe.
